What we're looking for
We’re hiring for several roles and always looking for curious, courageous, and collaborative creative talent. If you’re ready to help us shape exceptional spaces, please reach out to [email protected]
Responsibilities
- Master the art of face-to-face meetings, video calls, and telepathy to maintain effective communication with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Bonus points if you can communicate with interpretative dance.
- Channel your inner design guru and take the stage as the chief conductor of various project phases—site surveys, design development, and the chaotic yet harmonious symphony of construction coordination and administration.
- Dive into the tender processes like a fearless explorer, wielding contract documents like a wizard's spellbook. Oversee material sourcing with the precision of a treasure hunter seeking the rarest artifacts.
- Conduct punch lists on-site with the scrutiny of a detective solving the crime of a misplaced nail. Coordinate with contractors for defect rectification, ensuring every project close-out feels like the end of a blockbuster movie.
- Embrace your inner jet-setter as you travel for site visits and meetings. Passport? Check. Design wizardry? Double-check.
Qualifications
- Possessing a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or an honorary degree in Pillow Fort Engineering. We're open-minded like that.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, especially if you've survived the wild jungles of mid to high-end retail projects. Bonus points for escaping without a single wrinkle.
- Flex those hard skills like a contortionist: design development, project administration, and documentation. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Illustrator. If you can Photoshop yourself into a Renaissance painting, you're our kind of wizard.
- Soft skills? We're not talking about pillows here, but if you're a communication maestro, organizational ninja, and time management guru with interpersonal skills that rival a therapy cat, you're in.
- Proactive and able to multitask like a plate spinner at a circus. Meeting deadlines and KPI targets is your jam. Capable of working independently or with a team, depending on the mood.
- Speak the language of Shakespeare in both written and spoken English. Chinese proficiency is a plus, and if you can throw in some design-related puns, even better.
- Your official work title will be determined by your level of experience; candidates with less experience will be welcomed with open arms as Assistant Project Managers, our sidekicks in the design adventure.
